Hello and welcome to my world. Well part of it. This site was
created years ago as a portfolio for my artwork and has evolved to
include my writing as well as my interest in Reiki and dogs.
I have a BA and MA in art from New Jersey City University known
as Jersey City State College at the time and went on to Rutgers-The
State University for my MLS. I worked as a Public Services Librarian
for twenty years and now I'm a full time artist and writer. While my
focus in college was painting and drawing I also studied crafts such as
weaving and basketry and have come to develop an old child's craft,
paper weaving, to a different level. I'm in the process of writing a craft
book on creating paper weavings, paper quilts and a bit more as well
as working on my second craft, writing.
Most folks are a cat person or a dog person and I'm a dog person.
I've posted an article of mine on This Way to Puppies and I'm in the
process of publishing a nap-time book featuring Calvin (whose photo is
on This Way to Puppies).
